Artemisa, Cuba - The José Martí Art Instructors Brigade (BJM) celebrated the 15th anniversary, analyzing the work, structure and unity of this movement that activates Cuban cultural life.

In Artemisa, the Brigade is more than necessary due to the existence of settlements, communities, municipalities and diverse traditions. Our province demands permanent forms of integration, more creative actions for communication and innovative practices for the training of its members, mainly in the Education and Culture sectors.

The contribution of intellectuals and artists to the training of art instructors is valuable, but much remains to be explored. They advocate for the exchange of experiences between centers and communities, for better communication, not only to disseminate activities and events organized by the instructors, but to maintain unity and exchange among the members of the BJM.

The space offered by social networks is extremely useful for both lines. The nexuses with the media are not systematic - not even in the locality itself, so it is necessary to create profiles, groups and forums, as well as an agile relationship from each instructor. The radio, television or written dissemination is essential to consolidate the creative performance, its quality and the social resonance of the culture.

The theater is one of the most privileged cultural manifestations, because it has the power to integrate all the arts and also the possibility of uniting families, the community and other institutions, in favor of creation and childhood joy.
