President of UN General Assembly to Visit Cuba

Havana - The President of the General Assembly of the United Nations Organization (UNO), Maria Fernanda Espinosa, will make an official visit to Cuba on Wednesday, where she will meet with the island's authorities, informed the Foreign Ministry of the Caribbean nation.
According to the program of the visit scheduled from April 3 to 6, Espinosa will also meet with personalities of the cultural and scientific areas of the country.
She will also talk with directives of the Federation of Cuban Women, among other activities.

Havana - Cuba is a nation with a wealth of culture, stated the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), Audrey Azoulay, at the inauguration of the 41st International Festival of New Latin American Cinema on Thursday, running through December 15 in this capital.
