EICTV at the Malaga Film Festival

Artemisa, Cuba - Once again, the International Film and Television School (EICTV) was awarded another prize. On this occasion ''El día de los conectados" received the Audience Award for the best short film at the 28th Malaga Film Festival.
The short film, made during the Documentary Workshop given by Carles Bosch in 2018, portrays the main square of San Antonio de los Baños (Cuba), a Wi-Fi area. ''El día de los conectados'' lasts 24 minutes (script by Carles Bosch, photography by Sofia Amadori and editing by Jorge Gómez and Sofía Amadori). The Malaga Film Festival took place from March 15 to 24, 2019. Carles Bosch, two of the students who participated in the project and Sofía Amadori received the Audience Award.
The Spanish Festival, an international event dedicated to Spanish cinema, has the express support of the Ibero-American audiovisual, which is already formed by a cultural community united by a common root and language.

Fidel's presence was recalled in several Ariguanabo centers and institutions. Students from the Eduardo Abela Vocational School of Art, located in San Antonio de los Baños, paid tribute to the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro Ruz, through dance and music.
