How many times we have heard the phrase about not having enough maturity or being too young and that was not the right time?

We got to what we are currently as a society because of there were people who understood that it was certainly their occasion, so we are heirs of a Revolutionary tradition and a Communist Party that is the result of that history of related efforts, talent, courage and sacrifices by thousands of Cuban women and men.

Inside José Martí s thought and action and his ideals about the social justice and internationalism, respect and the human being´s dignity, the urgency on the moment being and local historic figures like Mella, Camilo and Che also assumed the current challenge.

The young people have been part of that path. We contribute to our dreams and current generations ´values. The nation where we are living is the result of us and our determination, intelligence, will and the strength by assuming the daily challenges.

Cuba shows proudly outstanding achievements for any third-world nation in spite of the decades of the imperialist aggressiveness. Our enemies in the cultural and ideological on the population are preferring to encouraging the lack of union and individualism. They really desire seeing us on our knees by even forgetting the local history.

Being young people in Cuba at present implies facing that challenge.

The Cuban society has transformed. Four years have passed since the last Congress and new challenges are being faced and we are dealing with them from the diversity that featured us and especially all from what unites us.

At present and on April 4th , 2019, we are inviting all the Cuban young and militants and not militants of the Communist Youth League to participate in the local XI Congress.

Related Solutions to show our future as a nation and starting to building from today on.

We want to make a transforming Congress that involves its members and look like them: an active, entertaining, responsible, and consecutive with a communist nation.

Together and from the local grass-root level, the related staff in a group, factory, country or school, faculty or coffee shop, hospital or researching center, the working staff, the house or artistic group, there is a real unification of the youth movements in terms of the group defense, so each Cuban region should be transformed into a young zone.

The local economic battle to achieve the desired socialist prosperity is not a work by a few ones. It needs from the locals, their happiness, capacity to face challenges, creativeness, so it is important not to be a mere viewer, as you are needed in the future and today.
