Honored the staff of workers of La Kari in Artemisa

Artemisa, Cuba - The Cuban Workers Organization (CTC) and the National Institute of Sports, Physical Education and Recreation (INDER) awarded special recognition to the workers of the La Kary cracker factory of the municipality of Artemisa.
Leonel Iglesias Saldívar factory administrator explained that they are linked to a softball team where they hold competitive meetings with other entities of the territory such as ETECSA, Flora and Fauna, among others, with the aim of transforming the lives of workers.
The administrator said that other of the merits that made them achieve the recognition is the realization of a joint community project with the Ramón Mordoche elementary school and with the sport entity number two Reinaldo Pérez Castro in which they link all the factors of the community.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''. The exhibition shows photographs, puppets and costumes used by Los Cuenteros in various performances since 1969.
