Cuban Festival to Gather Musicians from Various Countries

Organized by the PM Records Cultural Institution and the Cuban Music Institute, Eyeife 500 has the support of La Rueda Productions and the Ministry of Culture.
For the present edition, the event will return to musical formulas that were hugely popular in previous gatherings, due to their original sounds, and the fusion of rhythms by local DJs and producers, who expand their creative scope based on different music trends on the island.
Dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the founding of the Havana, the event aims to support the Laboratory of Electroacoustic Music, as an association of Cuban DJs and producers, and give visibility to women from the organization or the wider music scene. The event also includes other Cuban artistic manifestations that, from a more contemporary point of view, keep their roots and origins alive, such as illustration, photography and gastronomy.
The previous editions saw audiences of over 30,000 people gather at the Higher Institute of Arts, Havana's Metropolitan Park and the Fábrica de Arte Cubano, for a series of shows that brought together different manifestations of the Cuban music scene.
