New audiovisual productions for children

As a result of the active alliance between the Recordings and Musical Editions Company (EGREM) and the Animation Studies of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC), three new audiovisual productions for children are already being commercialized.
The volume ''Martí y su obra en animados'', with versions of the Apostle's texts, including Mi caballero, Nené traviesa, La muñeca negra y Los dos príncipes, was launched at the Plaza 31 and 2 Cultural Center, in Vedado.
To celebrate the 15th anniversary of the birth of the children's animated series Fernanda, directed by Mario and Daniel Rivas, a DVD with 10 of its episodes is now available for children. Also the songs of the Tutu series, a Cuban-Spanish co-production that is now being broadcast on the TV program ''Misión Domingo'', were compiled.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''. The exhibition shows photographs, puppets and costumes used by Los Cuenteros in various performances since 1969.
