The Office of Statistics and Information in San Antonio de los Baños is conducting a neighborhood health survey on the indicators of prevention of sexually transmitted infections and HIV / AIDS, with the aim of educating the population.
According to the Statistics technique, Anelys Pérez Ramírez, the research is based on a health survey designed for the population between 15 and 49 years old, with the main objective of assessing the population's knowledge about sexually transmitted infections and HIV / AIDS and prevention methods.
Similarly, the effectiveness of educational and dissemination programs, in terms of reducing risk behaviors, will be verified. This health survey will be used for statistical purposes, in addition, it will contribute to prevent sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS.
