Greater teaching coverage in Güira de Melena

Artemisa, Cuba - After the salary increase, in the municipality of Güira de Melena, the teaching coverage of the 2019-2020 academic year increased, with which greater student preparation will be achieved.

María de los Ángeles Fuentes Barbán, municipal director of Education, pointed out that today they have a teaching coverage that reaches 94%. Priority has been given to the return of specialized teachers with years of experience in order to bring to the classrooms a more prepared staff to face the contents.

Therefore, not only does the existence of the material base of study constitute positive elements, so are the existences of teachers and specialists that will allow a positive development of this course, added the director of Education in the territory.
