Local CDR for Resources Saving Policy Nationwide

In the middle of the current U.S. economic blockade´s intensification on Cuba, the neighbors from a Capital neighborhood showed their support to the nation´s resources saving policy nationwide as part of the local CDR community organization number 28 from the 22nd zone, which is located between Princesa and Mangos Streets of the local Jesús del Monte Popular Council where its men and women made a commitment with the nation´s reality.

Vladimir Sauri Bermúdez, who is the member of the CDR´s National Secretariat and Provincial Coordinator of the Masses, denounced the hostile policy by Donald Trump´s administration on Cuba.

“For over 50 years, the United States has tried to destroy the Cuban Revolution through economic measures to asphyxiate the Cuban people which suffers those effects.” Vladimir Sauri Bermúdez highlighted.

It is call to the more than 19000 local CDR community organizations nationwide and Vladimir Sauri Bermúdez who is their Provincial Coordinator, pointed out the main related battle takes place in each of the homes of the nation.

“We must take into account that the main related savings process should occurs from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 6;00 pm to 10:00 pm (local time). The Cuban family should reorganize its activities at home to avoid the related excessive consumption in those moments of the day.” Vladimir Sauri Bermúdez Pointed out.

Before the presence of Betty Oria González, who is the National vice-coordinator of the local community CDR organization in the nation, the neighbor named María Carmen Vázquez pointed out that the people´s unity is necessary to end up successful from the nation´s current situation.

“We should back the government. We should save the electricity and gas. It is our duty to observe our neighbor does the same saving process and even lecturing them in case of doing right the opposite.” María Carmen Vázquez pointed out.

Recovered from the damages caused by the tornado from the past January 27th in zones of the capital city, the community from Havana city accepted the committee from the youngest members through the words pronounced by the student Kalia Jiménez Valdés:

“The Cuban youth backs the energy saving policy at the local homes where should turn off the unnecessary lights, as well as in our universities and workplaces to enable the course of our Revolutionary process.” Jiménez Valdés pointed out.

Cuban members from the CDR community organization showed their will to carry out any task that could be assigned in the country.
