Artemisa, Cuba - After depositing a floral offering to the Martyrs of Artemisa, it was developed in the Mausoleum that keeps its remains, the act of constitution of the Electoral Council of the Province of Artemisa and the taking of possession and swearing of its members in compliance with article 23, section 3 of law number 127, Electoral Law.

Juana Maidelín Martínez Álvarez, on behalf of the National Electoral Council and by agreements of the National Electoral and State Councils, was presented as president of the Provincial Electoral Council Vilma Zamora Hernández, with extensive experience and results of work in that function and who read the oath.
