Artemisa, Cuba - The Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) in the province of Artemisa celebrate the advent of their 59th anniversary with the adoption of measures in support of the energy saving in the residential sector in support of the call made by the President of the Councils of State and Ministers Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez.

Alden Sanjudo Ramírez, Provincial Coordinator of the mass organization in the territory explained to Radio Artemisa that in addition 35 youth detachments will be register with the condition 60th Anniversary. On September 27th, the neighborhood prize will be awarded to the Galá Castellanos family, from the capital city, an example of solidarity and dedication to the organization.

The award was also given to the provincial TV station Artemisa Vision and to the José Manuel Hernández León elementary school of the municipality of San Cristóbal for its work in favor of the community development.

Sanjudo stated that the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution will remain in the first trench of combat and that with the arrogance and pretensions of US President Donald Trump, said the director: We do not understand each other!
