Activate your life

Sedentary lifestyle is the most usual lifestyle. It includes little exercise and usually increases health problems, especially overweight (obesity) and cardiovascular disease. It is a very common way of life in these times, together with the digital advances that human beings experience.

Young people prefer a video game or internet than exercise; either a football or a baseball game. Moderate exercise provides undeniable benefits. People who exercise regularly have a lower risk of coronary heart disease and myocardial infarction.

Athletes perform more physical activity than recommended. Cardiovascular adaptation to generate a large and sustained increase in cardiac output during prolonged exercise includes the 10-20% increase in cardiac dimensions. The youngest, due to their little experience, do not give importance to active life with exercises.

We must eat healthy foods and exercise to ensure a healthy life. Physical exercise helps control blood pressure, improves lipidogram and increases insulin sensitivity. It is also associated with the significant reduction of heart disease during middle age. In addition to cardiovascular benefits, exercise reduces the risk of prostate and breast cancer, prevents osteoporosis and retards the onset of senile dementia.

It also increases vigor, promotes self-confidence and many people consider it as an antidepressant. People who exercise regularly have at least 3 more years of life than sedentary people.

Undoubtedly, physical exercise can be considered the most effective, economical and accessible medical indication. There are plenty of reasons to start exercising, at least 30 minutes a day. This way you will incorporate more quality years into your life.
