International Health Event to be held in Cuba

Havana, Cuba - The international event Cardiovilla 2019, hosted by Cardiocenter Ernesto Guevara and the Villa Clara branch of the Cuban Society of Cardiology will be held from October 8-10 in this province, with the presence of some 300 delegates, including nationals and foreigners.
Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Argentina, Mexico, United States, Bolivia, Venezuela, Canada, Panama, Nicaragua, Angola and Ginea Bissau, are some of the nations who have confirmed their presence to the health event.
Jesus Satorre Ygualada, director of the Cardiocenter, told ACN that the event will include the 6th Congress of Cardiology, the 3rd Symposium of Cardiovascular Paradoxes and the 5th Workshop on Cardiovascular Risk, as well as six pre-congress courses with a high participation of teachers, specialists, residents and medical students, covering, among other subjects, Heart and Sports, Fetal and Child Echocardiography, and Cardiovascular Rehabilitation and Prevention.
The expert highlighted the merits of the Cuban delegates and other nationalities in the medical sciences, among them the president of the Swiss Federation of Cardiology, professors from Spain and the US American Heart Association.
