Call to strengthen energy saving measures in Artemisa

Artemisa, Cuba - The province of Artemisa is called to strengthen the savings measures in response to the contingency that the country is experiencing today, according to the reports of the Energy Council, which was in session last Sunday chaired by Juan Domínguez Miranda, President of the Provincial Assembly of the Popular Power.
The municipalities of Caimito, Bauta, San Antonio de los Baños, San Cristóbal and Mariel, were called to extreme their actions to avoid overdrafts in the demand for rush hours and in the use of the energy carriers in the state sector.
The Head of the Provincial Administration, Ricardo Concepción Rodríguez, insisted that in the organizational and control orders the requirement must be increased at all levels and with austerity ensure strict compliance with the alternatives that are apply in the territory to mitigate the deficit of fuel.
It is necessary at this time to extreme savings measures in the residential sector, for this it is essential that unnecessary lights go out in homes and at rush hours they use as little energy as possible.
