Havana - The president of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, today evoked the example of Argentine-Cuban revolutionary Ernesto Che Guevara after the 52nd anniversary of his fall in combat.
In his Twitter account, the head of state expressed: We will be like Che, today, tomorrow and forever. Until the victory forever. We are Cuba. We are continuity.
The universal imprint of the legendary guerrilla has special significance here, where he developed his capacity as a strategist in the guerrilla struggle and command qualities, and quickly became one of the most prominent fighters who, led by Fidel Castro, led to the victory of the rebel troops in January 1959.
