Artemisa, Cuba- The dignity, honesty, the norms of moral, humanitarian, historical, and patriotic behaviors that emanates from the thoughts of our National Hero José Martí, living and palpable reality of the Marti Forest (Bosque Martiano) of the municipality of San Antonio de los Baños strengthens values in the identity the territory and in the whole province of Artemisa.

The Bosque Martiano is located at kilometer 1 of the San Antonio de los Baños road to Alquízar, has a territorial extension of 2 hectares of land, has more than 900 trees mentioned by José Martí in his diary of campaign .

The Forest emerged on May 19, 1994 and already on its 25th anniversary the forest has interesting sites such as the Marti route with its 19 camps, the sower alley, the monument to our America, the monument to the Cuban woman, the replica of the Granma Yacht and the meeting of Five Palms.
