2nd process of accountability reports advances in Ariguanabo

Artemisa, Cuba - The 2nd process of accountability reports by municipal delegates to their constituents advances in San Antonio de los Baños, through the holding  the assemblies scheduled until November 15.

According to the statistics summarized during the Municipal Assembly of People's Power by the specialist Zaidy Maqueira, 72 assemblies have been held, with the participation of more than 7,000 voters from Ariguanabo.

177 proposals have been formulated, most of them to be solved through popular participation in the community. However, the Base Business Unit (UEB) Acueducto y Alcantarillado and the Public Health sector have the largest number of citizens' requests and proposals, due to some water leaks. In the case of the Public Health sector, the main concern lies in the need to specialize the Comprehensive General Doctors and ensure the consultation of Pediatrics in the Polyclinic 1.

The analysis of social indisciplines (excessively loud music, micro-dumps, inappropriate behavior of adolescents and young people in the parks during the early morning) is another priority debated during the development of these assemblies.
