Cuban deputy foreign minister receives Czech secretary of state

Ana Teresita Gonzalez, Cuban deputy minister of foreign affairs, received Miroslav Stasek, Secretary of State of the Czech Republic, in Havana.

The meeting was successful and both sides "agreed to continue advancing in bilateral relations, in particular economic-commercial relations, according to the historical ties that join our people", Gonzales posted on Twitter.

This country is part of the international community that condemns every year the economic, commercial and financial blockade imposed by United States against Cuba for almost six decades, the Cuban diplomat added.

The Czech Republic is a nation of Central Europe with about 78.800 square kilometers and a population of more than 10 million inhabitants, whose capital and most important city is Prague.
