Training and postgraduate courses

Artemisa, Cuba - The Municipal University Center (CUM) teaches training and postgraduate courses in San Antonio de los Baños. The Sustainable Local Development Diploma: Challenges for local governments, is developed and designed. The local development diploma, to be presented next year, is a priority due to the territory's difficulties.

This year different courses were held for the state sector, including: Planning, Management and Internal Control. For the leaders of the Education sector: Marxist Leninist Philosophy. Updates to think of a development model under the paradigm of socialism of the 21st century, for the leaders of the Communist Party of Cuba and members of the Union of Young Communists (UJC), of the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC), the Committees for the Defense of the Revolution (CDR) and the Confederation of Cuban Workers (CTC) of the municipality; In addition to Management and Projects, Management Techniques and Local Development.

The institution maintains its collaboration objectives with the Local Agricultural Innovation Project (PIAL), as well as its pedagogical classrooms, scientific conferences and university courses.

Book fair to offer 400 new titles
