Artemisa, Cuba - In the "Niceto Pérez" Integral Center of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP) of Güira de Melena, is taking place the II Regional Agro-meteorology Workshop 2019 that will be held until next Saturday, December 14, with the purpose of make modifications of according to the needs of the country taking into account the influence of climate change.
Representatives of the western and center provinces till Sancti Spiritus participate in the event. In the work sessions the new "Manual for agro-meteorological observers" is being presented.
The new redesigned guide will allow to get deepen and readjust the services provided by the country's meteorological centers. A joint work will contribute to achieve more accurate predictions to determine weather conditions and inform the population.
