One of the tasks of the Union of Agricultural, Forestry and Tobacco Workers (SNTAFT) in Ariguanabo is to ensure that the Workers' Union efficiently organizes, educates and represents workers in order to raise economic and productive results.
Tobacco production and the process of dignification of the agricultural sector is maintained for the benefit of workers and the economic development of the territory. The training actions stand out through specialized seminars and conferences, emphasizing the economy and budget plan, the work agreements, the preparation of the potentials, as well as the form and payment systems.
