With courage, intelligence and creativity

Artemisa, Cuba - The Base Enterprise Unit UEB Marketing and Distribution of Medicines, ''Droguería Artemisa'', located in San Antonio de los Baños, held the 2019 Balance Assembly.

The director of the entity, engineer Andris Ramón Rodríguez Almeida, referred to political-ideological work, especially with young people, emphasizing the strengthening of political work, in the branch of the municipality of San Cristóbal; He also exchanged on the incorporation of young people into the ranks of the Young Communist League, the realization of political-cultural activities, as well as the updating of social networks, mainly Twitter, as a way of socializing the work of the company.

During the debate, the Droguería Artemisa workers referred to important issues such as: compliance with the economy plan, internal control, leaders policy, technical availability, computer security, among other topics.

A group of workers, with outstanding results during 2019, were stimulated for their consecration and excellence. This group of workers makes President Díaz-Canel Bermúdez's words a reality: "... It is important to think differently, to propose solutions with courage, intelligence and creativity."

The general director of the Company, Angel Luis Chacón Padrón, emphasized that one of the most important tasks, along with the political-ideological work, is the protection of human resources.

The meeting was attended by Jesús Morales González, provincial official of the Communist Party of Cuba; Leyanis Fernández, secretary of the Health Workers Union in Ariguanabo; Francisco Alba Hidalgo, delegate of the National Institute of State Reserves in Artemisa; and Sonia Tenrreiro Hernández, head of the Medicines and Technology Department from the Provincial Health Directorate.
