Moscow - Russia on Monday reached 1,312,310 cases of the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus, causing the Covid-19 pandemic, after some 13,592 infections were detected in a day, Moscow television informed.
The daily coronavirus growth rate remains at 1.1% for third consecutive day, above 0.5% registered until early October, the operational staff to fight the disease said.
Some 3,793 coronavirus patients have been cured and discharged from hospitals in a day, while 1,024,235 were recovered from the virus. The recovery rate is 78%.
The Moscow mayor's office reported 4,395 Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, totaling 334,733 infections. Subsidy cards allowing students, retirees and people with chronic diseases to travel on public transport will be temporarily cancelled.
Some 1,223 patients were recovered from the disease in this capital, totaling 262,750 recoveries. The recovery rate dropped here to 78.49%.
