Artemisa, Cuba - Support the work in the community in times of a pandemic due to the Covid-19 is a task of the first order for the members of the FMC in the municipality of Bauta. The house of guidance for women and the family supports the immense work that the municipality faces during these months, always with the optimism of getting ahead together.
The help of the group of artisans in making face masks was the first gesture of solidarity that the members of the women organization showed to guarantee families and workers this means of protection, from their own efforts.
The institution strengthened its functions and adjusted in its usual work new ways and mechanisms that only crises force it to use, in order to join forces in favor of a more balanced society.
