Artemisa, Cuba - With the aim of develop the methodological preparation and closing the 2019-2020 school year and drawing up strategies for the coming school period, the heads of the municipal sections of the province of Artemisa met together with the directors of the educational institutions of special level in the municipality of Guanajay.
During the day, topics of interest were discussed, including the vocational guidance of the students, as well as their labor training and their educational inclusion. The activity was rated by those present as excellent where the priority was the exchange of experiences in the different localities of the territory.
The professionals of the Diagnosis and Orientation Center direct their work towards inclusion and its mission is to guarantee the diagnostic process with quality and a preventive approach in its stages of orientation, monitoring and specialized evaluation of minors with special educational needs.
The care begins from early childhood to adulthood, providing the tools not only to the minor but also to the family.
