Artemisa, Cuba -The production cycles and the adaptation of the plans to the real needs of the country are part of the budgets that guide the production at the Evelio Prieto Bus Production Company of the municipality of de Guanajay.
Ihosvany Frías Álvarez, Director of the company explained that due to the COVID-19 situation, imports of essential parts for the production of Diana and Paz buses were standstill.
Now, he added, they are working on the second prototype of a railway bus made from Yutong chassis. This means of transport will have capacity for 27 passengers.
They also venture into the assembly of huts for trucks that will be used in the transportation of workers from various entities of the country and at the same time they resume the repairs that contribute to the economic income of the company.
