Everyone celebrates

... Because as a student I learned from José Martí, that all the world's glory fits in a kernel of corn, this November 17th the International Students' Day will not pass, inadvertently, in any Cuban home.

Celebrate those who every morning with pencil and notebooks in their hands go to classrooms with the aim of learn more and more, celebrate also who combine with their day working hours of tireless study to achieve that from their position of workers to raise their professional level.

In Cuba also celebrate those who are not satisfied only with their university degree and keep studying for master's degrees and doctorates. Celebrate the grandparents that transmit youth to their old age and on the desk of the University for Old People learn how to give life to their years.

Of course, that the glory of the Cuban educational system fits in a kernel corn which watered in thousands of locations nourishes the spirit. Here are not putting anchors but wings to the desires of learn something new; and is that like the universe, is also infinite the knowledge.

With the determination of place us among the most educated countries in the world every morning many happy faces, full of curiosity, come to schools to form as integral men and women for Cuba and the rest of the world; because the glory that is ours, goes loaded of solidarity to many countries in all over the world. Enough reason that for a day like the International Day of Students we can affirm, with right pride, “…love begets wonder…", and this work in our country has a name: Revolution.
