Juan Carlos Méndez Díaz, director of the Agricultural Company in San Antonio de los Baños says that the behavior of the supply of fresh milk in the last quarter shows stability from the plans, equally is evaluated of good quality milk delivered to the cellars of the municipality as a result of a joint work of the directors of the company and the Association of Small Farmers in productive ways. The director adds that the delivers to the industry is at 92 percent by limiting the ability of the industry itself.

San Antonio de los Baños in 2014 has a more realistic hiring production and better management of cattle. Juan Carlos points out that production for import substitution is the big challenge.
