Teachers: guides of the future

The profession of teaching is extremely important and beautiful, is to train future generations, which will be integrated into society and be responsible for continuing their work. Be teachers today is to give knowledge, educating children and young so they are able to encourage honesty, solidarity and formal education, essential for human coexistence.
Teachers should be examples for their students, models in expressing themselves, even to dress, as children and young people take them as patterns and whether these patterns are not adequate, the risk to acquire negative behaviors as vulgarity, incorrect models and lack of values that ultimately will impact adversely on their life in society.
A teacher who loves his profession is one that teaches love, but at the same time, respect for their students, learn to listen, to solve their problems, keeping the distance and respect, that attitude is reciprocal.
Martí wrote: Coming to earth, every man has the right to be educated, and then in payment, the duty to contribute to the education of others.
I believe that young people who work in the classrooms should take as an example the words of the Master, so their way by this profession is beautiful.
