Artemisa, Cuba -The fulfillment of the annual economic plan of 138 492.5 tones of feed, was an achievement of the workers of the factory Flores Betancourt, located in the farm Rocoso in the popular council Las Cañas in the municipality of Artemisa, during 2014.

Luis Medina Valdés, director of the entity who provided the information to the media, assured that despite the difficulties they still present are planning to produce more than 140 000 tons of feed in 2015, coupled with the improvement of the quality parameters, the satisfaction of the customers and their own employees.

The shortfall in the supply of raw materials was the main problem presented by the factory during the year, said the manager. To achieve the fulfillment of the 2014´s plan the workers of the sector acquired alternatives such as work on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and other not working days even at night.
