
Artemisa, Cuba – Among the strategies of work that are putting into practice by the professionals of the teaching dental clinic Severino Rosell in the municipality of Artemisa to raise the quality of the dental services that they provided to the population, they applied surveys to determine the degree of satisfaction of users which usually come to the institution.
The affectations cause by the deficiency on the water supply in this clinic and also in the one located in the popular council of Cayajabos was the most consistent dissatisfaction found in the results of this questionnaire and in the popular assemblies made neighborhoods in the territory.
Dr. Quintero Dianelys director of the institution said that the insertion of the shifts that cover the hours of service until 8:00 pm is another of the actions that are undertaken in the clinic to expand the care to the population and improve in that way the quality of their service.
