Artemisa, Cuba - With the presence of Ulises Guilarte de Nacimiento, Secretary General of the Confederation of Workers of Cuba(CTC), and Salvador Valdés Mesa, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Party, the annual balance of the Provincial Committee of the CTC was held in Artemisa.

In the discussion the management of the labor movement to represent the rights, duties and interests of workers, as well as instrumentation and implementation of the objectives of the X Congress were evaluated.

Also, the actions in the territory according to train union leaders, who are responsible for explaining and implementing strategies and practical changes in the entities ,were analyzed.

The participants also noted the tendency to describe problems without evaluating the causes and conditions that generate them to prevent them. The meeting was worth to call a change in the management taking into account the historic moment in the country.
