The ariguanabense labor movement in favor to union

Artemisa, Cuba - The work coordinated from each union section, individual attention and refinement of the actions of each structure is part of the strategy of the labor movement to achieve the incorporation of all ariguanabense workers.
Yamilé Díaz García, secretary of the municipal CTC points out that the tasks of each labor leader is the unionization of all non-state workers, the impact of this new form of employment in the ariguanabense society.
The labor leader insists that this is the greatest challenge of the organization, make the filiation of self workers, attention to new forms of economic management, eg non-agricultural cooperatives that need a new growth in the Cuban labor movement. Add that implies greater political and ideological preparation of each official to work with these groups from its own structure and functioning so that growth occurs.
Yamilé notes that municipal CTC assets performs with the non-state forms in the participation of workers and managers of the Office, the working direction of the Directors Board, inspectors and union representation; the meeting can exchange about the legislated on these new forms of employment, statutes, the concerns of these workers are also channeled through the factors involved.
