Artemisa, Cuba -The presentation and discussion of the economic plan and the budget for 2015 which takes place in all labor groups, needs to have greater participation of workers in the assemblies of affiliates and representatives, according to an assessment of Gricelda Fernández, member of the Secretariat of the provincial CTC in the area of Economic Affairs.

During the process it is vital that the management provide information to workers about their insurance and material support; that payment systems get analyzed and that they know the concept of Gross Aggregate Value and its direct impact on wage formation.

Also have to be presented the savings plan of the work center and the thematic plan that ensures the innovative activity, a path to the use of the productive reserves present in each entity.

Fernández stressed the importance of the dialogue in these assemblies, which will run until March and will help to the improvement of the working conditions; having the presence of the superior management bodies, which must discuss the plan with the workers, together with the union, and lead them towards the fulfillment of the production goals.
