Artemisa, Cuba -The election authorities, supervisors and observers receive further training in the province of Artemisa, as part of the preparations that are getting ready for the partial elections.

For the process of nominating candidates to be held from February 24, were established 2 178 areas according with the stipulations of the Cuban electoral system.

In Artemisa among the conditions provided for the elections next April, it was agreed the operation of 772 electoral district, after a significant reduction of demarcations.

Four special areas are going to be activated in units of the Armed Revolutionary Forces (FAR) in the municipalities of Bahía Honda, San Antonio de los Baños and Caimito, facilitating to all members of those units practice their sovereign right to elect and be elected.
