Important missions for young people in Artemisa
Artemisa, Cuba - More members of the UJC in the agricultural sector, key for the economy of our country and the leading role that they must take on tasks related to the present sugar harvest, focused the debates of the Assembly of Balance of the Young Communists Federation in Bahía Honda.
Delegates also stressed the importance of a more active role in dealing with subversion and manifestations of corruption, crime and illegalities, as well as the need of use methods and work styles that contribute to a better functioning of the organization, without formalities, schematics or routine.
Raising the ideological work of the grassroots organizations with their youthful universe, ensure a better control of the militancy, increase the attention to the policy of the top party officials and strengthen the functioning of grassroots organizations in the productive and the services sectors, are part of the objectives agreed on the day.
During the meeting was ratified Yudith González Sáez as secretary general of the Municipal Committee of the UJC. The meeting was attended by Rolando Fregio, member of the Provincial Bureau of the Party; Lázaro Arozarena, first secretary of the Communist Party in Bahía Honda; and José Carlos Martínez Lorenzo, first secretary of the Provincial Committee of the UJC.
