New Fernando Perez'' Film at Cuban Cinemas

Havana - The most recent film by renowned Cuban director Fernando Perez will be screened as of today in the country''s main cinemas, with a premonitory title of impact, "La pared de las palabras" (The Wall of Words).
The film deals with the phenomenon of isolation and the need for intrinsic expression of human beings, as of a screenplay by Susel Monet, who was inspired to write on the relationship of his own aunt with a child affected by a muscular dystonia.
Cuban actor Jorge Perugorria told Prensa Latina that his leading role in the film stated him one of the greatest challenges of his career since "Fresa y Chocolate" (Strawberry and Chocolate), by Tomas Gutierres Alea.
To approach to the suffering, he should attend institutions caring for patients with this type of disorder, lose weight, and change some of his habits, in order to conform the inner world of Luis, name of his character.
With all that, it was like walking on the razor's edge, but I had so much confidence in Perez that I gave myself completely to his direction, he confessed.
Isabel Santos, Laura de la Uz, Carlos Enrique Almirante and Veronica Lyn, among other actors, share credits along with Perugorria.
