Distinguish by good manners, courtesy, kindness, respect and solidarity in interpersonal relationships, makes us better human beings. That this is when we discussed the role of the teacher in the formation of new generations; to think that this includes the training of future professionals of all carrears who then provide their service to society because incorrect behavior even become manifest in different individuals regardless of gender, profession or occupation.

The Municipal Directorate of Education in its curriculum design actions for reflection and debate, using new information technologies and communications to discuss and reflect on some important aspects of formal education. Among the required values by this new society must emphasize collectivism, humanity, responsibility, patriotism, solidarity, sacrifice, honesty, fairness and modesty as well as a good attitude towards work.

The act of teaching is not limited to time spent in a school or just the act in the classroom, do not forget that children learn habits and customs that are incorporated into their behavior and everyday act, discovered from the coexistence with others values and acquire the power to discern between good and evil, just and unjust, honest and dishonest so there is no place for double standards.

Education is a humanistic work since its objective is to grow man spiritually. In Cuba educational groups for the realization of policy flexibility of the educational process and the determination of values need to further strengthen the link between their teachers, family and community, key elements for achieving the objectives in the current school year.

Understand that the values are actually overall meanings of experiences, emotions, customs and lifestyles of man. Incorporating them into consciousness is a gradual process that depends on various external factors and internal conditions of each. Teachers should take into account the individuality of each student, and therefore dealing with a student must be based on the need for care and the family environment where it came from and the environment in which they live.
