Montevideo -Cuban President Raul Castro arrived here today to take part in the assumption orf president elect of Uruguay, Tabare Vazquez to be held this Sunday.

The delegation accompanying him includes Ricardo Cabrisas, vicepresident of the Council of Ministers and Roberto Morales, Minister of Public Health.

The group is also rformed by Antonio Carricarte, Interim Minister of Foreign Trade and Investment, Marcelino Medina, First Deputy Minister of Foreitgn Relations and Mercedes Vicenter, Cuban ambassatrice in Uruguay.
