San Antonio de los Baños, Artemisa, Cuba.- Among the main topics discussed at the last balance of the National Association of Small Farmers (ANAP) in this territory are plotted as one of the work objectives the agricultural insurance of the youthful universe and the work of women in agriculture.

Among the main objectives of the farmers is the strengthening of the youthful universe, which in turn foster the creation of committees of the UJC in each cooperative.

As for women work, the peasant sector continues to strengthen FMC-ANAP brigades and increase the participation of women in gender workshops, meetings of culinary arts, courses of floral motifs, as well as working with Women Federation strategy to achieve the incorporation of unassociated women role and increase their presence in leadership positions and strengthen gender activity.
