San Antonio de los Baños needs to stimulate the incorporation of students to careers in Education, Agronomy and training of qualified workers among other specialties by the deficit of workforce in the town. We talked with Giselle Valiente, Second Chief of Basic Media Education in the Municipal Education Department.

When did you start as career guidance?

What do you mean?

Of course, we talk about labor agreements established by the Municipal Board of Education with companies and institutions that allow the exchange in schools and in workplaces, specialists, technicians and students on issues of interests and concerns of young people for their future performance. Interesting Circles are an example, it grouped students, research, receive theoretical and practical classes, visit the centers and know the internals including the production process.
