Artemisa, Cuba - The academic year 2014 – 2015 advances in the province with better teaching coverage, biggest stability in assistance and less exodus of teachers that the previous year; however, should be strengthened the training of the staffs of professors, because, in addition to teaching contents, they form values and prepare politically and ideologically the learners.

Analyzing this issue in the Provincial Bureau of the Party, deserved special attention the pedagogical school Abel Santamaría, in which are studying the future teachers; the University, cradle of professionals from various specialties; the Faculty of Medical Sciences and the School of Art Eduardo Abela, in which, adding also the technical schools, is the immediate future of Artemisa.

Without teachers there can´t be development or neither who molded the present to ensure the continuity; we must reflect on how they are educating the new generations… said José Antonio Valeriano Fariñas, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and First Secretary of this organization in the province, and he insisted in the completion at short, medium and long period of time of the teaching staffs in all the schools of the province dedicated to the training of teachers.
