Documentary on Cuba-Mexico Brotherhood to be Premiered in Havana

Havana - An audiovisual on the brotherhood ties between Cuba and Mexico, by the documentary maker Idalmis del Risco will be premiered in movies in the capital, announced the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (Icaic).
The work of 81 minutes titled: Entre Cuba y México todo es bonito y sabroso (Between Cuba and Mexico everything is nice and tasty), will be premiered next March 26 in the Chaplin movie.
The documentary is about friendship and sympathy between the two countries, which are engaged in a historical process of political, economic and cultural relations that have established a strong brotherhood among them.
Intellectuals, artists, athletes, educators and people in general provide testimony on the common culture of both nations.
Besides the Icaic, this documentary is produced by the television at the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with the support of the Group of Mexico-Cuba Friendship 62nd Legislature House of Representatives and the participation of the University of Guanajuato, among others.
The director of the documentary, graduated from the Cuban National School of Art and the Superior Institute of Art, has experience as an actress and director in cinema and theater, and has written and directed several short films and television programs.

The Los Cuenteros Puppet Theater Company celebrated its 50th anniversary this November 19 at the Museum of Humor, located in San Antonio de los Baños, with the exhibition ''Fifty years telling stories''. The exhibition shows photographs, puppets and costumes used by Los Cuenteros in various performances since 1969.
