South Africa Ballet Hosts Cuban and US Dancers

Johannesburg - The Joburg Ballet of South Africa opens today a season of the world classic "The Swan Lake" with dancers Viengsay Valdes from Cuba and Brooklyn Mack from the United States as leading figures.
The leading ballet dancers from the National Ballet of Cuba and the Washington Ballet, respectively, will perform again on April 17 dancing as leading figures in various performances of the season that begins today.
Valdes told the news agency Prensa Latina that Mack shares with her his tremendous energy and also that they danced together in 2014 in a performance of Ballet Leading Dancers in Puerto Rico and later at the 24th International Festival of Ballet in Havana.
"He always say that I send him good energy and I feel the same, hence it is very comfortable to work together", she said.
