Visited historical places in Artemisa veterans members of the CTC

Artemisa, Cuba - As part of the activities in salute to the May Day, veterans members of the Cuban Workers Confederation, CTC, toured sites of historical and economic interest of the province of Artemisa.
The members of the unions knew about the works that are undertaken in the Special Development Zone of Mariel, the current applications of investments and the operation of the container terminal.
In the capital city of the province they visited the Mausoleum to the Martyrs of Artemisa, where Rosario Hernández Perera, who was a member of the national secretariat for 16 years, expressed his opinion on this territory: "To us have been very well to come here. Artemisa, we knew it from the point of view of its work but visited its workplaces and thus see its development makes us very happy indeed”.
The 85 participants represent 17 labor unions; some of them founders of the CTC and other were companions of fight of Lázaro Peña.
