Produce for the people

Food production is a vital need for local development, in my opinion, much more in a town like San Antonio de los Baños, high level of productivity in agriculture, but it is the main objective of peasants.
Usually favorable results are obtained in different cooperatives, through the efforts of many producers, particularly in terms of root crops like sweet potato and taro, and on import substitution in the case of grains. Moreover, indicators as to have improved recruitment and delivery of meat and milk industry and wineries, which showed deficiencies in previous years and eradicated through reconciliation with suppliers.
Despite the failures, the dissatisfaction of some producers due to high prices of agricultural inputs, unfavorable weather situation in certain times of the year, among other reasons, we can say that Ariguanabo is making great efforts to promote the link among the chain of priorities and needs of the people. We know that in many hands rests the production of the food we put on our tables every day, and beyond the prices do not go down, beyond the quality sometimes better, sometimes worse, it should be noted the work of farmers and managers sector.
Considering that agriculture also contributes to local development in terms of contributions to the economy by Decree Law 300 of the delivery of land in usufruct, must continue in the territory the management of cases and the elimination of illegalities as the presence of homes in productive lands and failures in production lines.
This way will be more effective farming and bring the people what they expected.
