Artemisa, Cuba - Specialists of ETECSA are implementing an investment plan in the municipality of Candelaria in order to expand and improve the communications through the mobile telephony, that was what explained Raúl Beltrán Martí, head of center in this district.

We consider appropriate to reiterate that the investment which is already in execution has no other purpose than to improve mobile communications; it has nothing to do with the extensions; there is not any growth in it for now.
