Artemisa, Cuba – Last Friday concluded in Candelaria the seminar of preparation that was given to the delegates of Popular Power in order to make them to know their duties and the main actions they must undertake in their scope.

Andrés Ligoña Díaz, President of the Municipal Assembly, informed that from Tuesday 9 in both sessions were discussed important topics with the representatives of the people in the organ of government, so they are ready to fulfill social mission.

It is unanimous opinion that the seminar was very good, were discussed very good topics by so great lectures and it is only need it to put into practice what was learned and above all to achieve the unity that was called; this is the only way in which will be stronger the Municipal Assembly of the People´s Power and the only way in which it will defeat any obstacle that can appear.
