Sunday is a special day. It is a day of leisure and if this third Sunday of July Cubans distinguish it as Children's Day, then we add the attributes of revelry, multiplied joy, excitement, happiness to be protagonists of multiple exploits with ingenuity and imagination.

In Cuba, children are incalculable owners of every inch of our country, are free from side to side, enjoy the right to education, health, sports, openly offer their criteria and the only exercise as citizens a free country learn to love and respect the flag and savor the delights of freedom through the glorious notes of the Bayamo Hymn, sublime act qualifies their lives at the beginning of each student day.

Each child is the tender expression of fertility of life, is the promise made reality, is the hope in men, in human improvement.

The third Sunday of July rejoices, welcomes those who unsteadily stops and still hesitant but resumed the march along with other leg and agile and unstoppable in the effort to achieve the flanges and as brave riders throw no brakes, launched in the spring, full of dreams career, and committed to reach the horizon.

The greatest joy of our society is the smile of a child, the transparency of their eyes. The happy faces of those naughty things encourage us each day, forcing us to grow and learn from them, to keep hoping that every dream is achievable if the effort does not lack the momentum of children, in every child is the future and the destiny of peoples.
